This here is a reminder to take a minute to check in with yourself and your surroundings. Are you feeling driven by obligation? Overwhelmed with looming lists? Stop, even if it’s just for five minutes. Is everything under control? Chugging along like a well oiled machine? You stop as well. Everybody, take some time to regroup, gather your thoughts, catch your breath, plot your next move, go for a short walk; do something that disconnects from the buzz and helps you come back to yourself.
